I bring 20 years of real estate experience, focusing on Lake Havasu City Az, playing a critical role for both sellers and buyers through various stages of a real estate transaction.   I take pride in strong communication, problem solving and rely on the saying "Where there is a will there is a way!". Most importantly I take time to connect with clients and build relationships to ensure that I fully understand and establish their trust in me with their real estate needs.

Boise Idaho transplant to Lake Havasu City
Patty Caperon was born and raised in Detroit Michigan and later moved to Boise Idaho. Patty and her husband moved to Lake Havasu due to his transfer to the Parker Dam facility. While in Boise, Patty was a full time REALTORreg; at Coldwell Banker and received many awards for her efforts. When Patty and husband Todd moved to Lake Havasu, Pattyrsquo;s focus was to re-enter the real estate profession as a full time REALTORreg; in her new city. In 2011 Patty obtained her real estate sales license from the Arizona Department of Real Estate and joined the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Lake Havasu. Patty attends the weekly MLS meetings and most of the home tours in an effort to stay well informed as to local market trends.
